About the Role

Superhuman is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to develop and expand programs that leverage customers as a key growth driver across Grammarly, Superhuman Docs, and Superhuman Mail. This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role with full ownership of customer stories, testimonials, and voice-of-customer initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage a consistent roster of customers across the Superhuman suite of products to advocate for the brand in campaigns, events, and sales conversations.
  • Produce strategically relevant proof assets, including case studies, video testimonials, and quotes, that effectively communicate use cases, outcomes, and product value.
  • Manage the company's proof asset library, encompassing testimonial capture and tracking, logo rights, internal enablement, approvals, and feedback loops to Product and Marketing teams.
  • Prioritize customers and use cases for storytelling based on impact, readiness, and strategic relevance, and define the creative vision for these stories.
  • Manage the end-to-end production of customer stories, from intake and stakeholder interviews through scripting, filming/production coordination, review cycles, and publication.
  • Apply strong editorial judgment to craft clear, compelling narratives, ensuring consistent accuracy, clarity, and credibility across all content and formats.
  • Partner with Sales and CS to identify effective proof points and significant content gaps.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Revenue Marketing on customer-centric marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Improve how customer storytelling supports broader Go-To-Market efforts.
  • Coordinate with Comms/PR and Content on customer story placement and other editorial opportunities like blogs, social media, and whitepapers.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record of producing customer proof assets that deliver measurable impact.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with comfort in working directly with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for identifying and shaping compelling customer stories.
  • Strong editorial judgment and experience managing end-to-end production (video, interviews, multimedia), from briefing to final delivery.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a pipeline of multiple customers, requests, and stakeholders concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects.
  • Analyzes and executes work efficiently.
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
