About the Role

Armanino is expanding its Rillet ERP implementation practice and seeks a Senior Consultant – Rillet to deliver Rillet implementations to high-growth and mid-market clients, helping to scale the practice. This role is for someone excited to join a growing practice and shape service delivery.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document client business processes, accounting workflows, and system requirements for Rillet implementations.
Rapidly develop expertise in the Rillet platform, implementation approach, and use cases.
Configure and deploy the Rillet platform according to client requirements and best practices.
Lead and support end-to-end Rillet implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Develop and execute test scripts and support client user acceptance testing (UAT).
Train client finance and accounting teams on Rillet functionality, workflows, and reporting.
Assist clients with data migrations, historical data validation, and reconciliation.
Design recommendations for improved financial processes using Rillet’s AI-native capabilities.
Configure native and third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, Ramp, Salesforce, payroll, billing).
Develop dashboards, reports, and financial insights using Rillet’s reporting and analytics tools.
Coordinate project execution and client success with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, scope, and budget for successful delivery.
Take ownership of assigned client engagements or workstreams with minimal oversight.
Drive project progress, identify issues/risks, and propose solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during and after implementation.
Provide post-implementation support and guidance.
Play an active role in building and scaling the internal Rillet delivery model.
Operate effectively in a dynamic practice, helping define processes and standards.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, business, or related major, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with accounting systems, ERP platforms, or financial technology solutions.
Experience implementing cloud-based accounting and finance systems (ERP or close-adjacent platforms).
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes (close, reporting, consolidation, controls).
Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to continuously grow technical, accounting, and consulting skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing implementation engagements.
Strong project management and client leadership skills, including managing multiple workstreams.
Experience with system configuration, integrations, and user training.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate across internal teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Motivated self-starter with the ability to ramp quickly, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to learn by doing while maintaining high-quality client delivery.
Ability to work onsite in an Armanino office up to 50%.

Colorado: $102,500 - $139,700
Washington, Illinois, New York, Southern California: $112,800 - $153,700
Northern California: $117,900 - $160,600
