About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Director and participate in sales and marketing efforts for the Aegis Living Lodge community to achieve optimal census and revenue targets. This role focuses on creating a positive resident experience, conducting sales tours, planning events, engaging with residents, and tracking sales activities, with a path for career growth into a Marketing Director role.
Responsibilities
- Support prospective families with the move-in process, creating a “Wow” experience.
- Conduct tours of the community with prospective families and close sales.
- Execute community and family events both inside and outside the community.
- Record all sales activity within the CRM tool (Yardi).
- Develop strong relationships with sister communities to encourage referral activities.
- Attend and/or conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings and other functions required by management.
- Develop a full working knowledge of community operations, nursing, and care to articulate to families.
- Deliver service excellence throughout the customer experience and with existing residents.
- Maintain professional working relationships and promote open communication with other internal departments.
- Assist with model room and respite room setups.
- Travel as necessary for outside sales calls and industry events.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience.
- Experience working in a service-related industry is desired.
- Experience working in hospitality sales and/or health care sales is a plus.
- Must possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, primarily with Microsoft Office products and various CRM tools.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks, with strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
- Must be willing to take a 2-step TB test.
