About the Role

FOX Entertainment Global is seeking an Assistant, Content Sales APAC and ANZ to support the sales team in various activities, including sales and account management, as well as administrative duties. This role is crucial for supporting the sales team and ensuring client needs are met.

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day account management, including creation and curation of high-volume rights availability listings.
Prepare sales pitch materials, including presentations and ratings reports.
Address deliverables queries.
Assist with marketing and events.
Analyze territories and gather market research.
Manage sales tracking, including inputting client and deal information into company systems.
Generate regular sales reports.
Track language versions and prepare reports.
Support pre-sales and post-sales processes.
Assist with business development initiatives.
Coordinate meetings and events with clients.
Provide email and call support.
Act as the first screen/main point of contact for incoming business-related requests.
Provide post-market follow-ups, including screening materials and marketing information.
Keep an accurate record of content feedback on the internal company system.
Track the availability of foreign language versions of FOX content.
Proactively communicate and build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a sales, operations, or administrative role within an entertainment/media company.
Self-starter and detail-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in administrative tasks.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
Strong interest and passion in media and entertainment.
Capability to learn complex industry topics quickly.
Working understanding of rights management as it relates to distribution.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to listen effectively, transmit information accurately and understandably, and actively seek feedback.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Promptly adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and shifting priorities.
Aptitude and flexibility to work well on multiple projects in various phases of the sales cycle in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Confidence and professionalism in client interactions.
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions.
Fluent English speaker.
