About the Role
Austin Country Club is seeking a passionate and hardworking Banquet Server to join their hospitality team. This entry-level customer service opportunity offers the chance to gain valuable skills in the hospitality industry and be part of an exclusive country club focused on creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class food and beverage service to guests at banquet events.
- Assist with the set-up of tables, chairs, linens, and other materials for events.
- Ensure guests receive service that meets their expectations.
- Maintain the back of house and front of house areas.
- Complete assigned side work duties.
- Seek counsel from management when needed.
- Maintain a sense of urgency on the service floor.
- Follow all health and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- Serving experience
- Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) certification
- Food Handler's certification
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks
