About the Role
As the Social Lead, you will own primary functions including running fomo socials on X, TikTok, Youtube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will also be responsible for sourcing and creating content, learning platform algorithms to optimize content, maintaining brand consistency, and owning brand and creative campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Running fomo socials on X, TikTok, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Sourcing and creating content that will live on our own socials across various platforms
- Learning and re-learning the algorithms of each social media platform to convert on fomo native content
- Maintaining brand consistency in voice, style, aesthetics across our social accounts
- Owning brand and creative campaigns, including product announcements, growth events, etc
Requirements
- Experience scaling accounts on various social media platforms (can be personal. Bonus if corporate account)
- Able to deeply analyze data and optimize for views + conversion
- Can own process end to end from sourcing, posting, and monitoring all content and performance
