About the Role
Figma is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiting professionals supporting Sales in North America. This role is crucial for scaling the company and executing top-tier recruiting practices to attract exceptional talent and foster a strong company culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of recruiters.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand business needs and align recruiting resources.
- Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a talent brand strategy.
- Create and implement a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale.
- Champion, partner, and execute on initiatives relating to inclusion and diversity.
- Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all orgs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in SaaS sales recruiting.
- Proven experience partnering with stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives to develop and drive effective recruiting strategies.
- Strong ability to leverage data to measure team performance, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and inform decision-making.
- Experience building and scaling recruiting functions, processes, and programs to support sustained organizational growth.
- Ability to take a blank canvas in an ambiguous environment and create something incredible.
