About the Role
The CRB Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 17-month program designed to provide graduates with a holistic view of CRB through hands-on experience, insight, and opportunities to shape their own careers. Participants will gain a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and a diverse network, with a robust onboarding training covering various functions within CRB and an opportunity to deep dive into their respective business areas.
Responsibilities
- Works with client advisors to build submissions, check policies for accuracy, and aid with client communication
- Assist on any deliverables for Client Renewal Strategy Meeting & RFPs
- Help build content to assist in communicating market trends to clients and COI’s
- Ensure that quality and compliance procedures and processes are adhered to
- Record and maintain all information accurately in the appropriate system(s)
- Begin your understanding of core insurance principles and brokerage concepts
- Obtain the required insurance license within ninety (90) days of your date of hire
Requirements
- Must have completed a WTW 2026 summer internship
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
- Intermediate to advance Excel skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstration of strong time and task management skills
- Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback and deliver accurate work product
- Relationship management and customer focus; ability to interface with customers and collaborate internally with teammates to serve customers
