About the Role

Mixpanel is seeking a Production Designer based in London to be the design engine behind EMEA events, local campaigns, and regional marketing moments. This role involves translating the brand system into work that resonates in EMEA markets and building tools for regional marketing partners. The designer will collaborate with EMEA Field Marketing and the North American Brand Design team to ensure regional work meets high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design for EMEA events and local campaigns, including materials for events (booths, signage, swag, presentations, digital assets) and local/field marketing campaigns.
  • Adapt global campaigns and brand moments for regional context, considering language, market nuance, and local partners.
  • Partner with EMEA Field Marketing to understand market needs and deliver quality assets quickly.
  • Build systems that scale by creating and maintaining templates, kits, and reusable components for self-service by regional marketing partners.
  • Develop lightweight tools (e.g., Figma systems, AI-assisted workflows) to reduce production time without compromising quality.
  • Identify and address duplicated effort in regional teams by creating scalable systems.
  • Champion brand quality in the region, ensuring all shipped materials adhere to Mixpanel's brand standards and visual identity.
  • Coach local partners on the effective use of brand assets and flag brand drift or quality gaps.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the region for design quality and execution.
  • Maintain close collaboration with the core Brand Design team in North America for alignment on brand direction, priorities, and quality.
  • Provide EMEA market context and feedback to the core Brand Design team to inform brand system improvements.
  • Escalate relevant issues to the core team, distinguishing between quick adaptations and needs requiring core team input.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in production or graphic design, in-house or agency.
  • Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and composition.
  • A sharp eye for consistency and detail.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Comfort working across Google Workspace and presentation tools.
  • Portfolio showcasing range across event materials, campaign assets, templates, and presentations.
  • Self-driven and highly organized with the ability to take initiative and see tasks through.
  • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-changing regional marketing calendar.
  • Ability to work across North American and EMEA hours as needed.
