About the Role
Support and coordinate enterprise healthcare IT initiatives, infrastructure deployments, and system implementations. Play a key role in supporting project governance, tracking milestones, managing project documentation, monitoring risks, and ensuring successful project delivery in a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end activities across multiple concurrent healthcare IT projects
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Maintain project trackers, risk logs, issue logs, and action registers
- Prepare and distribute project status reports and executive summaries
- Coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Support IT infrastructure implementations, system upgrades, and technology deployments
- Facilitate communication between IT teams, vendors, leadership, and healthcare stakeholders
- Track project deliverables and ensure alignment with defined timelines
- Ensure proper documentation of technical configurations and implementation artifacts
- Support project governance, reporting, and change management processes
- Assist in identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Travel as required to support project deployment and coordination activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination or project support roles
- Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure or systems implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Valid G-Class Driver’s License
