Responsibilities

Perform general reception duties, including signing residents in and out, answering calls, greeting visitors, and conducting telephone spot checks.
Enter documentation in SecurManage and sort/distribute mail.
Conduct scheduled house rounds for life and safety checks, perform nightly bed checks, and conduct bag, pat, and room searches.
Monitor resident daily details and enter documentation in SecurManage.
Collect urine samples per schedule, administer alco-sensor tests, and complete all related documentation in SecurManage.
Serve as a pro-social role model to residents, supporting behavior change and effectively communicating information.
Respond to resident concerns, needs, and complaints.
Attend required training and staff meetings.
Undertake other job-related projects and activities as requested or directed.

Requirements

Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
Must complete a pre-employment background check.
