About the Role

This role focuses on developing and implementing membership growth strategies by leveraging member data, market insights, and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a member-centric perspective, strong strategic judgment, and the ability to lead complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement membership, customer, partnership, or engagement strategies to support organizational growth, retention, and long-term value.
  • Lead membership initiatives focused on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, renewal, retention, or recognition across different segments and career stages.
  • Utilize member, customer, and market data to identify trends, assess risks and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop member or customer segmentation approaches, lifecycle strategies, journey maps, experience improvements, or value propositions.
  • Build trusted relationships and influence decision-making across diverse internal teams, leaders, subject matter experts, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive briefings, business cases, reports, and presentations that translate complex information into clear recommendations.
