About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced settings, enjoy building relationships, and are dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences. You will be a primary contact for incoming inquiries, guiding clients through our rental process from initial quote to event day, collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution, and serving as an expert on our extensive catalog of rental products.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone and email leads, create quotes, and respond to inquiries promptly with premium personalized service.
- Greet and assist walk-in and scheduled customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Assist clients with reservations, managing both advance planning and last-minute orders.
- Build connections with new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the customer, operations, and the sales team for seamless communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team members to ensure smooth logistics and execution.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in managing event reservations, delivery logistics, and coordination for flawless event execution.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom's customer-ready appearance.
- Represent the company at industry networking events to build connections with potential clients, vendors, and partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Solutions-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work confidently in high-volume, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems (e.g., POS, CRM, rental software).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support events or client meetings.
- Ability to work out of all locations (North York, East York, Etobicoke).
