About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensures the sales team understands dealership policies, procedures, and sales systems.
- Organize schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.
- Address customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in car sales, focusing on creating strategies, budgets, and promotions to empower teams.
- Appraise trade ins.
- Stock in vehicles.
- Proper safe handling of sensitive client information.
- Lot management/merchandising.
Requirements

- Leadership-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record.
