About the Role

The Product Quality team uses AI and technology to prevent quality complaints and ensure customers receive authentic products. This role will define the unified seller experience for product quality policy and enforcement across Amazon, owning the vision for the end-to-end seller journey.

Responsibilities

  • Own the 3 to 5 year product vision and roadmap for the product quality seller experience.
  • Drive clarity and create frameworks for undefined opportunity and strategy.
  • Own the selling partner experience across all PQ enforcements as one coherent surface.
  • Define a unified seller journey with clarity, consistency, and a resolvable path.
  • Own the explainability and communication standard for product quality.
  • Establish the structured evidence contract and quality bar for enforcement decisions.
  • Replace static templated communications with policy-grounded, context-aware messaging.
  • Drive alignment across partner organizations that author, enforce, and communicate quality policy.
  • Integrate policies and systems onto a common knowledge layer and a single seller experience.
  • Serve as the senior product voice for the seller experience across organizations.
  • Author strategic narratives, including PR/FAQs, vision documents, and investment proposals.
  • Own executive review mechanisms like MBRs and QBRs to measure progress.
  • Define success criteria distinguishing output, outcome, and guardrail metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience in technical product management
  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
