About the Role
This role analyzes project data, creates reports, and monitors the performance of the Customer Care Organization. It ensures the timely and efficient monitoring and analysis of project costs, trends, and schedules, and assists in the execution of Customer Care processes.
Responsibilities
- Works with Customer Care Management, Investment Planning, Operations, Contract Administration, Procurement, and Materials personnel to ensure project budgets and schedules align with corporate goals.
- Collaborates with Investment Planning to ensure cost management at project and program levels, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Tracks Project Management compliance with procedures for Key Project Decision Documents, record management, and quality control.
- Applies project analytics to describe, predict, and improve business performance.
- Creates project reports to recommend actions or guide decision-making for capital program management improvement.
- Ensures the accuracy of all cost information, including proper coding and allocation to project budgets.
- Creates required accounting and project cost variance reports.
- Assists in developing and participating in customer care processes.
- Monitors and reports on project costs against budget and forecast.
- Reviews, evaluates, and reports on trends impacting project costs or project in-service dates.
- Assesses progress measurement and updates progress charts for reporting.
- Creates and maintains project-level KPIs and project statistics reports.
- Establishes new reporting formats and templates in compliance with company and external stakeholder requirements.
- Responds to emergency situations to meet customers’ needs as part of the employee role, potentially involving Emergency Restoration assignments outside normal responsibilities, hours, and location.
Requirements
- The individual must be self-reliant with a strong sense of self-motivation.

- Demonstrate the ability to lead and direct activities of others.
- Understands and applies financial, accounting, business, risk, and project management theories and methodologies.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, accounting, risk management, project management information systems, engineering economics, capital investment analysis techniques, plant accounting, tax, and capital budgeting.
- Ability to monitor and analyze cost and scheduling information, provide forecasts, make recommendations, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated high competence in past assignments.

- Must be able to work up to five days in the office if needed or should the policy change.

- $91,200.00-$101,330.00
