About the Role
Create meaningful connections with every customer by leveraging personalized sales expertise and AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services, to meet sales targets and earn commission.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
- Engage with the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
- Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Flexibility and openness to change are beneficial.
