About the Role

Support CAS's ambitions by contributing to strategic growth planning, translating long-term priorities into actionable plans, and advancing cross-organizational strategies. Partner with senior leaders to ensure strong governance, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution of CAS’ strategic agenda.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership in the development of CAS's long-term vision and core pillars.
  • Drive strategic growth opportunities, including client segmentation, AI strategy, and capability enhancement.
  • Identify, prioritize, and accelerate potential strategic partnership opportunities with vendors.
  • Provide business casing and presentation support.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Disseminate strategy to key stakeholders, ensuring clear business plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for senior leadership and high-impact forums.
  • Provide presentation, meeting, and strategy implementation support.
  • Support the annual planning and prioritization process, including management of CAS’ initiative budget.
  • Provide coordination support for CAS’ ongoing engagement and planning cycle with other key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of finance, management consulting or corporate strategy experience.
  • Experience in managing enterprise-wide strategy and planning is an asset.
  • Self-starter with high motivational level, intellectual curiosity, and openness to learning.
  • Strong business acumen, with demonstrated aptitude for strategic, analytical and critical thinking.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including financial analysis, research and complex modeling.
  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Expertise in think-cell is an asset.
