About the Role
Braze is seeking a Lead Product Manager to spearhead the Banners team, focusing on in-product messaging surfaces like Content Cards and Banners. This role involves driving adoption, enhancing creation intelligence with AI, and making these surfaces first-class programmable products. You will own technical product work at scale, define measurement standards, and partner with engineering and design to execute the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for Content Cards and Banners.
- Partner with engineers and designers to execute the roadmap.
- Own the commercial outcomes for the product area.
- Establish and manage internal and external customer expectations.
- Deeply understand the technology, business, customers, and market.
- Build best-in-class infrastructure for products, prioritizing reliability, performance, and observability.
- Partner across the division to build reusable capability instead of channel-specific implementations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including owning a product line at scale.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills.
- A proactive, positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable being technical, able to reason about client-side rendering, SDK integration, API design, and caching.
- Ability to build rich user experiences and work closely with designers.
- Data-driven by instinct, rigorous about baselines.
- Customer-focused and commercially fluent.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
