About the Role
Aegis Living is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Aegis Living Rodgers Park location in the Greater Seattle area. This role supports property sales activities and aims to increase community awareness and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support community events to increase property awareness.
- Ensure the community is fully prepared for new residents and touring families.
- Coordinate and calendar sales and marketing activities with the Marketing Director.
- Deliver excellent service throughout the prospective customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be a team player, professional, upbeat, and encouraging.
- Ability to travel locally for functions, networking, and event implementation.
- 1+ years of outside sales experience.
- Experience in a service-related industry is desired; hospitality or health care sales experience is a plus.
