  • Optimize floor layout and product placement to drive key retail metrics.
  • Maintain a store that is "Grand Opening Ready" daily, including meticulous floor maintenance and operational excellence.
  • Ensure total inventory integrity.
  • Protect store assets and fiscal health through rigorous audits and shrinkage control.
  • Lead with a safety-first mentality.
  • Champion loss prevention strategies and ensure safety compliance.
  • Maintain a professional, composed, and influential presence.
  • Model core values and lead by example in all interactions.
  • Maintain readiness to articulate store performance and team development with data-driven results.
  • Analyze and interpret P&L reports to identify levers impacting the bottom line.
  • Use merch reporting and analytics to validate intuition and pivot business strategy.
  • Lead the team in executing the brand's selling model, focusing on authentic connection and long-term loyalty.
  • Ensure the team captures robust guest data with specific, actionable insights.
  • Drive a disciplined, high-volume outreach strategy and hold the team accountable for targets.
  • Analyze outreach data to ensure a high Repeat Client Rate and meet revenue targets.
  • Ensure a seamless "customer-first" approach for omnichannel services like SFS/BOPIS.
  • Serve as the primary face of the brand within the community, identifying networking and engagement opportunities.
  • Build and leverage a local ecosystem of partners and influencers.
  • Position the store as a neighborhood hub and a bridge for wholesale partners.
  • Curate brand-elevating experiences designed to reach new audiences.
  • Manage the end-to-end strategy of in-store and off-site activations.
  • Track and report on specific performance indicators for events, including sales impact, new guest acquisition, data capture, and conversion.
  • Lead stretch assignments, participate in cross-functional task forces, and provide field-level insights.
  • Contribute to the scalable evolution of fleet-wide standards and internal programs.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in retail or hospitality leadership.
  • Proven P&L accountability.
  • Demonstrated community-based marketing results.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift (up to 8+ hours).
  • Ability to maneuver the sales floor and back-of-house areas effectively.
  • Ability to safely climb ladders, reach, bend, and kneel to execute visual merchandising standards and organize inventory.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes or product weighing at least 40 lbs.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment requiring quick pivots between guest service, administrative tasks, and inventory processing.
  • Ability to visually inspect product quality, fabrication, and styling details.
