About the Role
Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex AI-driven and/or IT technical initiatives. This role requires translating ambiguity into structured delivery and managing cross-functional teams. You will own end-to-end project delivery, shaping how AI-integrated and/or IT programs and systems are managed at scale, and will be comfortable communicating with both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full ownership across multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for project health by proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Facilitate solution development with subject matter experts.
- Build comprehensive project plans and risk registers across multiple workstreams.
- Lead governance and reporting cadences, including status meetings, standups, milestone reviews, and executive-level project updates.
- Experience working directly with external IT, Security, Engineering, and QA.
- Comfortable holding technical partners accountable to timelines without writing code.
- Experience in change management, guiding teams and stakeholders through shifting priorities, assessing impacts, communicating implications, and driving alignment.
- Model documentation hygiene and PM best practices.
- Contribute to PMO process development, playbooks, and onboarding materials.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms (generative AI, automation, data pipelines, or similar).
- Exceptional communication skills, equally comfortable presenting/communicating to/solutioning with technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
- A track record of leading with accountability, clarity, and composure under pressure.
