About the Role
This role involves performing standardized and well-structured preparatory assembly tasks within the mechatronics sector. The position is initially for two years with the possibility of permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Assembly of small parts by screwing, plugging, pressing, or gluing
- Compiling materials and components based on parts lists
- Performing simple functional and visual inspections
- Identifying and rectifying minor assembly errors within one's own work area
- Operating equipped machines in series production
- Assisting with inventory work
Requirements
- Interest in practical tasks in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Careful, reliable, and structured way of working
- Manual dexterity or willingness to learn new tasks
- Teamwork and sense of responsibility
- Very good German language skills at least at B2 level for confident oral and written communication in daily work
