Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms, including vinyl repair, touch-up paint, minor furniture repair, tub caulking, and tile repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC systems, guest rooms, meeting rooms, swimming pool, and hot tub.
- Perform plumbing repairs, laundry equipment repairs, and preventative maintenance on exhaust fans and supplies.
- Monitor energy conservation and repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment as requested.
- Respond immediately to alarms to determine location and cause, assess emergency status, and report findings to the Front Desk.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
- Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific.
