About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct services to older adults in various settings including homes, hospitals, day centers, skilled nursing facilities, and community residential facilities.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Run errands and assist with shopping.
- Engage in respite and companion activities.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
- Assist with pet care.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, and those in hospice.
Requirements
- Must have consistent ability to travel to client assignments.
- Demonstrate commitment and reliability.
- Provide best-in-class customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Exhibit flexibility and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain continuous communication with the administrative team.
- Possess Home Care Services Bureau (PER ID#) registration.
- Clear Livescan/Fingerprinting and criminal background check.
- Current tuberculosis/TB clearance.
- Provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (2 forms of I-9 Compliant IDs).
- English language proficiency is required.
- At least 1 year of professional non-medical experience caring for elderly or disabled adults, or related caregiving experience.
Skills
- Basic Smartphone and technical skills
- Bilingual language proficiency in Tagalog, Spanish, Chinese or Russian languages
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Home Health Aides (HHA)
- Basic computer skills
- Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) and Registered Nurses (RN) backgrounds

- Students and/or retirees of Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) and Registered Nurses (RN) backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
Salary/Compensations
- $23-24/hr
