About the Role
The Account Manager, Programmatic, manages post-sale execution and campaign operations across roadside, airport, and Times Square inventory. This role collaborates with Product, Ad Operations, Data, and Sales teams to ensure campaign success and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end post-sale activity for client-direct, trading desk, and agency business.
- Utilize Supply-Side Platforms (SSP) and proprietary technology to manage, report on, and optimize campaigns.
- Engage with omnichannel Demand-Side Platforms (DSP) partners to facilitate campaign activation.
- Produce mid and post-campaign insights and reports to meet client KPIs and optimize yield.
- Partner with sales to upsell, cross-sell, and drive renewals.
- Liaise with the data team to conduct research studies and craft optimization recommendations.
- Manage project and campaign-level deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for ad implementation, creative issues, tagging, and delivery discrepancies.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of experience in media planning, buying, or account management within media agencies, publishers, or OOH media-owners.
- One year of experience in a programmatic-centric role managing ad technology and campaigns.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time for meetings and industry events.
- Ability to sit or stand at a desk for at least 8 hours daily.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
