About the Role
As a Shift Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining the hotel's physical safety and functionality, contributing to memorable guest experiences through exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
- Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Document all maintenance activities, including completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues requiring further attention.
