About the Role
The NFL's Rotational Program offers participants a unique opportunity to contribute to the organization through challenging project assignments, League events, and networking across various departments. This full-time program requires participants to be available to start in July 2027.
Responsibilities
- Complete up to four rotations over a two-year period in various NFL offices or locations.
- Undertake project-based assignments within assigned departments.
- Pursue internal opportunities, further education, or external opportunities upon program completion.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate students in their senior year (including 5th-year students) graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Available to start the two-year program in July 2027.
- Legally permitted to work in the United States; international students must have necessary visas and work authorizations.
- Willingness to relocate to any NFL League office for a rotation.
- Strong internship/prior work experience.
- Demonstrated interest in gaining diverse experiences in professional sports.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Flexibility to adapt to various work environments and leadership styles.
