About the Role
The Producer is the first point of contact for clients, managing projects and representing the company. This role involves mentoring Studio Assistants, collaborating with Client Services, and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring excellent service.
- Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and agencies on quotes and projects.
- Create inclusive team environments and review client feedback with editing teams.
- Maintain prompt response times to client requests while managing daily producing tasks.
- Manage the internal schedule for Artists and Assistants across all disciplines.
- Oversee asset coordination and ensure clear communication with the Assistant Editor(s) and artists.
- Be present and available to clients during sessions.
- Liaise with the Agency to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Problem-solve client issues and manage client expectations.
- Keep Artists & Assistant Editors informed of job details in advance.
- Train and mentor new hires.
- Handle job financials, including reconciling and invoicing, and managing vendor POs.
