About the Role
This unpaid internship provides hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employer branding. The intern will also assist with campus recruitment activities and provide administrative support across recruitment and HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Post and promote open positions on job boards and external platforms.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support and attend job fairs, campus events, and recruitment initiatives.
- Assist with routine campus recruitment activities, including tracking event calendars and preparing materials for info sessions and career fairs.
- Help manage and update candidate statuses within ADP.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for entry-level roles.
- Assist with candidate outreach for campus pipelines and early-career roles.
- Support employment verification processes.
- Assist with filing, document uploads, and maintaining organized candidate records.
- Provide administrative support to HR functions.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in college.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional and reliable, with attention to detail.
- Interest in recruitment and HR processes.
