About the Role
Our Analytics team helps clients understand website performance and user behavior. As a Senior Analyst, you will partner with clients to build custom GA4 implementations, create usable data dashboards, and analyze results to identify key performance drivers. This role blends technical implementation, data analysis, and client consultation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to build and maintain custom GA4 implementations, tracking relevant events, dimensions, and conversions.
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Data Studio to present data in a user-friendly format.
- Analyze user behavior and site performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and drop-off points, providing actionable recommendations.
- Train clients on how to navigate and utilize their analytics data.
- Audit existing tracking setups to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Assist with conversion tracking implementation to ensure accurate campaign reporting data.
- Contribute to internal and external content creation, such as blog posts, sharing insights and learnings.
Requirements
- A knack for quantitative thinking and data analysis.
- Genuine interest in web analytics, user experience, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, data visualization, and basic statistics.
- Comfort working in a technical environment with a willingness to learn about websites and digital tracking.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for problem-solving and workflow improvement.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to own projects and manage multiple clients concurrently.
- Capacity to manage personal deadlines and work independently.
- Curiosity and initiative to adapt to evolving tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently from home and collaborate remotely.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Data Studio is a plus.
- Web development experience or experience with other analytics platforms/programming languages is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
- Requires significant on-camera time for internal and external video calls.
