Responsibilities
- Direct patrons where to park.
- Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket.
- Process exception transactions according to company policy.
- Complete daily shift paperwork accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professional appearance and demeanor.
- Perform cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by management.
- Undertake special projects assigned by location management.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with employees and customers.
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
- Available Mornings, Evenings, and Overnight.
