About the Role
You will partner with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer, focusing on direct customer management and flawless delivery of internal and external goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels.
- Execute the strategy for the customer.
- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
- Optimize the use of resources to obtain more profitability in operations.
- Lead and manage complex negotiations.
- Leverage data to build compelling selling stories.
- Work with Field Sales team to deliver elevated in-store conditions and execution in both corporate and independent environments.
- Influence and drive results leveraging cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading a large, complex customer.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Leading and inspiring teams.
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading key accounts in Consumer-Packaged Goods.
- Advanced understanding and effective management of P&Ls and financials (Trade spend, mix management).
- Must be proficient in MS Office.

Salary/Compensations
- The expected base salary range for this position is $102,600 to $128,250 CAD.
- Eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 14% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
