About the Role
As an Airbrush Technician, you will be responsible for color-matching, mixing paint, and airbrushing vehicles. This role is with Carvana, a rapidly growing used automotive retailer.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to work in conditions with potential exposure to excessive weather (heat/cold)
- Willingness to use safety equipment
- Able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
