About the Role

As a member of LIDD’s NetSuite practice, you will work with clients to assist with NetSuite-related requests. You will manage and resolve a wide variety of daily NetSuite support requests, including end-user support, requirements gathering, role and permission management, report generation, solution design, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve daily NetSuite support requests
Provide end-user support
Gather requirements
Assign and update roles and permissions
Generate reports and perform minor customizations
Design, test, and deploy solutions
Identify corrective and preventive actions for reported problems
Provide initial response to client tickets within 8 business hours
Participate in requirements gathering interviews
Collaborate on data setup and process design
Review and sign-off on documentation and testing
Participate in training
Provide ongoing software support
Run client-facing meetings
Perform basic project management tasks

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Impeccable written and oral communication skills
Prioritize customer service and customer satisfaction
At least moderate exposure to core NetSuite functionality
At least two years of consulting or business analyst experience
Keen desire to expand your understanding of NetSuite
Sharp analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems with minimal assistance
Ability to handle competing priorities effectively and with limited guidance
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and terminology
Familiarity with core NetSuite functionality
Formal NetSuite system administration/consulting experience is a plus
Familiarity with compliance and audit-related topics is a plus
Previous experience deploying pre-packaged software solutions is a plus
