About the Role

Okta is seeking a Director, Global GTM Recruiting to define, drive, and own the talent acquisition strategy for the Global Go-To-Market organization. This role involves leading and scaling a global recruiting team to deliver a modern, AI-driven hiring experience and partnering with senior leadership to shape the employer brand and hiring journey.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-regional organization, cultivating a high-performance culture.
  • Serve as the strategic talent advisor to senior level GTM leaders.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Revenue Operations, Total Rewards, and People Partners to align global workforce planning.
  • Architect and govern global headcount capacity models and annual/quarterly hiring targets.
  • Drive agile resource allocation to ensure predictable, on-target delivery.
  • Continuously enable effective operational rigor, eliminate bottlenecks, and hold accountability for SLAs.
  • Drive a seamless experience for candidates and hiring panels.
  • Establish and refine executive dashboards, pipeline forecasting models, and talent intelligence reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and demonstrate measurable hiring efficacy and ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading, scaling, and managing global, multi-tiered GTM recruiting teams (including managing people leaders) within high-growth, enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Proven success driving talent acquisition across both hyper-growth scale-ups and established multi-billion-dollar global enterprises.
  • Deep expertise in leveraging full-funnel recruiting analytics, capacity planning, and predictive forecasting.
  • Strong forward-thinking mindset with hands-on experience integrating AI tools, automation, and modern talent acquisition technology.
  • Proven ability to anticipate macro talent market dynamics, resolve complex hiring bottlenecks, and orchestrate alignment across diverse, global stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to build trusted, highly influential partnerships across the cross-functional ecosystem (Finance/FP&A, Revenue Operations, and People/HR leadership).
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Gravitas to challenge, advise, and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders globally.
