About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role drives revenue growth, manages key partner relationships, and identifies strategic opportunities across Take-Two's global portfolio. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with strong interpersonal skills to navigate an evolving gaming landscape, manage multiple projects, and deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Support the deal lifecycle, from initial outreach and platform alignment to contract tracking and execution for prospective and existing partners.
- Build robust business cases, ROI projections, and data-driven valuations for new strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market scouting to discover new platforms, emerging technologies, and untapped distribution channels.
- Support publishing labels by ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution of partner commitments.
- Track and analyze the commercial performance of the digital portfolio, conducting health checks to ensure compliance and maximize revenue.
- Partner with internal Legal, Finance, and Product teams to process deals.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into executive-facing presentations and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Serve as a dependable touchpoint for internal business units and publishing labels to streamline initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Partner Management, or Operations.
- Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
- Proven ability to translate and visualize complex data into actionable insights for all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messages to internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of commercial contract structures.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for gaming and the interactive entertainment industry is a plus.
