About the Role
Haize Labs is building an agent foundry to bring superintelligence to real-world domains. This role involves research, engineering, and customer management to deploy and refine AI agents across various verticals.
Responsibilities
- Turn companies into environments
- Apply Reinforcement Learning (RL) on these environments
- Rapidly scale and refine products in existing verticals
- Push the pareto frontier of model capabilities
- Rapidly synthesize RL environments and reward functions/models
- Fine-tune agents to hillclimb tasks in any business
- Develop the research platform, including observability, evaluation, custom reward models, and simulation testing
Requirements
- Love research, engineering, and making money
- Have a knack for probing model capabilities
- Want to bring intelligence to real people doing real work
- Have experience in both research labs and startup environments
- Contribute to popular research frameworks
- Spend free time thinking about the future of AI and shaping its capabilities
