About the Role
Haize Labs focuses on deploying LLM applications into production by rigorously testing them. We are seeking Software Engineering Interns to contribute to our reliability platform, focusing on areas like data-efficient alignment, dynamic AI testing, observability, and discrete optimization.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to adapt core R&D for different domains.
- Build core infrastructure, cloud tooling, and user experience around our algorithms.
- Ship tools used by AI application developers globally.
Requirements
- High-agency, customer-centric full-stack experience (e.g., ex-founder or ex-founding engineer).
- Strong open-source presence or a solid track record in software engineering projects and employment.
- Experience with machine learning in an applied setting.
- Ability to quickly understand research and ramp up.
