About the Role
Outreach is a non-profit organization that helps people address issues stemming from substance use and behavioral health disorders by providing the highest quality, life-changing treatment, training, and tools to build healthy lives. Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing screening of residents and their property according to established rules.
- Supervise clients during self-medication.
- Conduct health and welfare checks in accordance with unit policies and procedures.
- Communicate pertinent information, incidents, and emergencies using the proper systems, including the SAC communications log, incident log, and 24-hour On Call system.
- Provide crisis intervention and follow-up, including documentation of incidents.
- Oversee and manage the client population within the residence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
