About the Role

This is a founding role on the Revenue Operations team, working directly with the VP of Revenue Operations to build the function, including systems, processes, and standards. The role involves building GTM motions and plays for both product-led and sales-led strategies, enabling the revenue organization to perform at its best, and shaping the customer experience throughout their journey. The position focuses on defining AI-native revenue operations, developing agentic workflows for the revenue team, and exploring new ways of working enabled by AI. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong GTM context, technical capability, and experience with AI.

Responsibilities

  • Run the operating cadence and planning, including forecast, pipeline reviews, stage and hygiene discipline, territories, quotas, targets, capacity and coverage, segmentation, and headcount.
  • Own the lead-to-pipeline process and its outcomes, including qualification, routing, and SLAs, in partnership with engineering.
  • Establish the deal desk and quote-to-cash process, covering deal structure, pricing and discount approvals, quoting, and the handoff from closed-won to provisioned and billed.
  • Own the GTM data model for Salesforce and warehouse data (ClickHouse, dbt), defining requirements for process and reporting.
  • Integrate AI into core operations by rethinking work from first principles and building agentic workflows for tasks like enrichment, data hygiene, account research, list building, and meeting/deal processing.
  • Report on the full funnel (conversion, pipeline generation, attainment, SLA, retention) in Hex and Salesforce and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Support the revenue team and customer journey through rep onboarding, playbooks, and managing prospect and customer progression through the funnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in revenue or sales operations, or a technical GTM role, across product-led and sales-led motions.
  • Experience building operations from scratch on a lean team.
  • Proven track record of owning outcomes in forecasting and planning, lead routing and enrichment, and core CRM processes.
  • Experience partnering across sales, CS, and marketing.
  • Understanding of customer buying behavior and a focus on customer experience.
  • Systems thinking ability, fluency with data, CRM, and modern GTM tooling.
  • Comfort working with warehouse data (SQL, dbt).
  • Ability to reason clearly about systems and get hands-on.
  • Experience building with AI, using coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor), and working in a repo (git).
  • Ability to connect operational details to revenue outcomes and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Ability to reason from first principles, hold strong opinions, test them rapidly, and own the outcome.
