About the Role
We are hiring a Growth Engineer for acquisition. You will own the experimentation surface and run tests on landing pages, pricing, paid surfaces, programmatic pages, and the path from a click to a created account. This role points outward and is distinct from the existing product-focused growth engineer. You will report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with the Growth PM, growth engineer, performance marketer, and design team.
Responsibilities
- Build the experimentation infrastructure, including feature flags, assignment, and exposure logging.
- Run experiments end-to-end: hypothesis, build, instrument, launch, read, and decide.
- Own the acquisition experimentation surface, including landing pages, pricing, paid pages, and signup entry points.
- Treat the acquisition surface as a product, setting the roadmap and order of work.
- Build programmatic page systems at scale and own technical SEO as engineering.
- Ensure conversion measurement is trustworthy through event design and funnel definitions.
- Develop tooling to automate manual work in acquisition.
Requirements
- Experience running acquisition experiments end-to-end, including hypothesis formation, test design, building, and result interpretation.
- B2B tech experience.
- Strong production React and TypeScript skills.
- SQL and analytics fluency, including funnels, cohorts, and event design.
- Experience building something programmatic, such as a page system, templated pages at scale, or an internal tool.
- Proficiency with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalents.
