About the Role
Oversee the customer's onboarding process from start to finish, serving as the main point of contact during this period.
Responsibilities
- Conduct kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage expectations.
- Ensure customer training is completed throughout the onboarding process.
- Schedule internal resources for project-related tasks like hardware installation and billing setup.
- Communicate implementation status to customers and send reminders for training dates.
- Manage a segment of customers through their onboarding process.
- Maintain consistent and timely updates to customers regarding task completion and responsibilities.
- Update customer records in CRM and other tools to reflect project updates and timelines.
- Manage the time it takes for customers to move from sales close to system usage.
Requirements
- Experience in the Golf Industry or as an Avid golfer.
- Experience managing customer expectations via phone and email.
- Experience with resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both verbally and written.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
