About the Role

The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) within Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM) will partner with field sales and clinical teams to execute sales activities, lead in-service activities, and support growth within the Sedation Management business. This field-based role requires significant travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales activities and provide sales support within a key customer base.
  • Assist or lead in-service activities related to disposables and/or hardware.
  • Install necessary equipment/hardware and perform functional/safety tests.
  • Drive expansion of ACM products within the territory.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and increased utilization.
  • Support conversions/sales efforts outside of the region as needed.
  • Conduct product introductions and demos to staff and Clinicians.
  • Perform inventory balancing exercises at site and warehouse levels.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 0 years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related field.
  • Must live or be able to relocate within 50 miles of Boston, MA or New York City.
  • Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (for non-Principal level roles).
