About the Role

King's Trust International is seeking an International Programmes Executive to support the expansion and delivery of its programmes in the Caribbean. The role involves working with local partners to deliver education, employment, and enterprise programmes for young people, managing project implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and budgets.

Responsibilities

Support the expansion and delivery of programmes in the Caribbean.
Work closely with the International Programme Manager and wider Caribbean team.
Collaborate with governments, NGOs, corporate partners, and employers to deliver programmes.
Ensure partners meet agreed targets and report on progress.
Act as a critical friend and focal point of contact for local partners.
Deliver programme design and training.
Produce toolkits and resources.
Develop evaluation frameworks.
Support partners in setting up new programmes.
Work with local partners on project implementation, review, monitoring and evaluation, and budget management.

Requirements

Passionate about ensuring young people have opportunities to learn, earn and thrive.
Contextual knowledge of, and experience working in, the Caribbean.

Salary/Compensations

£33,340.00 to £33,340.00 dependent on location and experience
