About the Role

This role will play a critical part in enabling The King's Trust's ambition of ending youth unemployment by ensuring the organization has the funding propositions and ways of working to support young people. You will work with senior leaders to identify and develop high-value funding propositions and continuously improve the portfolio through a strong understanding of the funding market and organizational need.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop high-value and transformational funding propositions.
Continuously improve the portfolio of high-value funding propositions and ways of working.
Shape a compelling, impact-led portfolio of funding propositions.
Develop a sector-leading stewardship programme.
Lead a high-performing team of specialists in propositions, proposals, and stewardship.
Guide the team to partner with fundraising colleagues across the UK to deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality fundraising.

Requirements

Strong understanding of funding markets, sector trends, and high-value income streams.
Ability to shape a compelling, impact-led portfolio of funding propositions.
Ability to develop a sector-leading stewardship programme.
Experience leading a high-performing team of specialists.
Ability to partner with fundraising colleagues to deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality fundraising.

Salary/Compensations

£53,000.00 to £67,500.00, dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experience
