About the Role

The Senior Manager, DTC Programme plays a critical role in ensuring strategic initiatives land effectively across regional business teams and helps shape how Deckers EMEA plans, prioritizes, and delivers future change in the DTC business. This role focuses on the people and operational side of transformation, ensuring new systems, processes, and ways of working are understood, adopted, and embedded across markets and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change impact and readiness assessments for EMEA markets, teams, and functions across strategic DTC initiatives.
  • Develop and execute change, communication, and training plans aligned to major program delivery milestones.
  • Act as the primary change point of contact for EMEA stakeholders, building relationships across operations, customer service, retail, marketing, finance, and regional leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver targeted communications, SOPs, learning materials, and train-the-trainer approaches for different user groups and markets.
  • Identify adoption risks, gather post-launch feedback, and feed lessons learned into future change waves and roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology-enabled change, operational readiness, and multi-market or regional change across EMEA.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent change initiatives.
  • Line management experience.
  • Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms, payments, logistics, CRM, or retail systems is desirable.
