You bring strong conceptual thinking, a social-first mindset, and experience creating work across digital and traditional channels. You stay closely connected to culture and are curious about how emerging technologies, including AI, can support creative exploration, efficiency, and storytelling in responsible, human-centered ways. Reporting to Creative Leads, you’ll help concept and execute ideas across multiple mediums, contributing to work that breaks through the clutter and connects with audiences in relevant, meaningful ways.

- Stay curious and engaged with new creative technologies, design trends, and cultural shifts; share relevant learnings with the team.
- Respond thoughtfully and constructively to feedback, iterating work while protecting the core idea and creative quality.
- Support fast-moving timelines and cultural moments with flexibility, collaboration, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Partner with Creative Leads to uphold creative standards and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
