About the Role

Join AWIN, a premier network of 23 luxury automobile dealerships and 3 state-of-the-art collision centers in the Greater Toronto Area. Our AWIN Advanced Auto Body Centre is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with callers professionally, friendly, and efficiently.
  • Minimize caller hold times.
  • Take detailed messages, including caller's name, company, time, and message content.
  • Communicate messages to appropriate parties promptly.
  • Provide basic information for general inquiries.
  • Prepare and update customer files.
  • Obtain customer written approval on all repair orders during write-up or when closing add-on sales.
  • Close repair orders.
  • Wear personal protective equipment at all times when entering the shop.
  • Perform clerical, administrative, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s License.
  • Clear Driver’s Abstract.
  • Experience working in a Body Shop.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and complete assigned tasks.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
  • Experience using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex, and MS Office.
  • Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey professionalism.
  • Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.
