About the Role

Take ownership of tender and award processes, utilize modern AVA software, and benefit from flat hierarchies with short decision-making paths.

Responsibilities

• Determine contract targets from general contractor contract and planning documents, identifying deviations and optimizations.
• Independently create bills of quantities and quantity surveys.
• Conduct and follow up on tenders for subcontractor services.
• Perform technical and commercial bid evaluations, create price comparisons, and provide well-founded award recommendations.
• Lead and document bidder and award discussions, as well as technical negotiations.
• Build, maintain, and develop the supplier and subcontractor network.

Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or comparable commercial-technical training.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in tendering and awarding subcontractor services (mandatory), ideally in the structural engineering/general contractor sector.
• Proficient in VOB, HOAI, BGB, and relevant DIN standards.
• Experience with AVA software (ideally iTWO); BIM workflows are a plus.
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and strong communication abilities.
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1).
